Why Hiraeth Coaching?
Hiraeth is a Welsh word with no direct English translation, it approximates to a yearning for something lost. A lot of people I talk to are looking for something more from their work or longing for a more fulfilling working life.
About me…
I have experience working in a range of sectors and organisations on project delivery, project management and stakeholder & partnership management.

My training
After many years of volunteer mentoring and supporting colleagues with challenges at work I completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Career Coaching and graduated in 2017.
I am a member of the UK Register of Career Development Professionals and follow the Career Development Institute’s Code of Ethics.
I have a Certificate in Youth Coaching & Mentoring and am a trained volunteer mentor with One Million Mentors.
I enjoy working one to one with individuals seeking to develop in their roles and careers, supporting them to identify their talents and aspirations and explore how to maximise the opportunities available.
My coaching conversations are always driven by the client. I use open questioning to encourage my clients to explore their aspirations and identify goals. This can be a broad exploratory conversation or a focused discussion on progessing towards your career goals.
